Why I'm suddenly pleased to be with O2
I’m not sold on many Apple products so I didn’t expect to be sold on the iPhone. However, the more I hear the more I am drawn to it — and this this glowing review from bbc.co.uk together with Apple’s own demo has won me over.
And this morning we learn that O2 have won the exclusive contract to sell the iPhone in the UK: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/6272226.stm
Wow, for once, I’m with the right provider!
The iPhone has a number of shortcomings — notably its on-screen keyboard; but then what phone keyboard is easy to operate? — but by the time it reaches our shores (Christmas) it may even be a few software updates closer to perfection.
